Measurement
Accuracy and experience are important in measurement, and the same goes for preliminary engineering solution. Especially in case of porches, winter gardens, balconies, etc. At a later time, we will design the exact solution based on the actual opening dimensions.
Transport
If you have purchased products (windows, doors, partitions, etc.) from us, we can also arrange the delivery. The price of each delivery will be agreed upon separately, to make sure it is acceptable for both parties.
Installation
The general rule: the one that installs is the one that measures! Or vice versa. At first, window replacement can be mistaken for an easy, quick, and little job. That is not entirely true. After all, it is construction work (and thereby dusty by definition – furniture and appliances need to be covered) and involves some discomfort, at least during the day. Afterwards, naturally, the feeling will be much better.
Finishing
Finishing varies somewhat at each location – therefore, negotiating a separate agreement on each occasion is the most reasonable approach. The agreement will specify the materials, methods, and the necessary or reasonable volume of work.
Disposal
We will dispose of old windows and doors to a waste treatment plant or construction waste dump to make sure everything is in order. Nothing will be left lying around the building.
Maintenance
Indeed, PVC products are essentially maintenance-free. If the windows have been installed and function properly, it would be better to just leave them be. Wooden products, however, are another matter. Depending on their orientation in the façade (north, south, east, west), maintenance will be required at some point.
